- Nailing finA flange on the frame that fastens to the sheathing for new construction, then gets lapped with flashing tape.
- 82 mm multi-chamber frameSeparate air chambers slow heat loss through the vinyl. The main chambers carry galvanized steel reinforcement for stiffness.
- WeathersealsCompression seals on the sash. When the casement closes, the handle pulls it tight against them.
- Glass spacerKeeps the two panes apart and holds a desiccant that stops the sealed unit fogging from the inside.
- Tempered glassBoth panes are tempered safety glass, marked as tempered in the corner.
- Argon gapThe sealed space between the panes is filled with argon, which insulates better than air.
- Low-E coatingA microscopic metal layer that reflects heat back into the room in winter and blocks summer sun. It gives the glass its faint tint.
- Insect screenFiberglass mesh in a removable frame, on every opening window.
- DrainageWater that gets into the frame runs through internal channels and out of concealed weep slots.

Yes. Every window is NFRC certified and AAMA compliant, and for each order we spec the exact certified glass package that meets the Washington State Energy Code requirement of a 0.30 U-factor or lower, so it passes inspection the first time.
Plan on roughly ten weeks of production plus four to five weeks of ocean freight, so about three and a half to four months from order to job site. We give you a reliable date up front so you can build your schedule around it.
Standard white units can be ordered in smaller quantities to start. Special configurations, like a black exterior with a white interior, run per full container. As you grow, consolidating orders into containers lowers your freight cost per unit.
Yes. Every window is built to your specifications. Finishes include white, black and two-tone (black exterior, white interior), plus grid and glass options. Custom colors are available on request.
