For most builders the window itself is fine. The trouble is the price, loaded with distributor and dealer markups, lead times that drift, and one damaged unit that can hold up a whole crew.

We built Puro to take that out. We supply premium vinyl windows factory-direct, so the middleman's margin comes back to you: typically 35% or more off the window package, on the same certified quality.

Certified, and matched to Washington code

Every line we carry is NFRC certified and AAMA compliant: independently tested performance you can look up in the national directory. For each order we spec the certified glass package that meets the Washington State Energy Code (U-factor 0.30 or lower), so it passes on the first walk-through.

Founded by a builder

Puro Windows was founded by Jay Mezistrano, co-founder of JayMarc Homes, the Bellevue builder behind hundreds of homes across the Eastside. After years of paying distributor prices on his own projects, he set up Puro to give Washington builders the route he wanted himself: certified windows, factory-direct, on a date you can plan around.
