What are the lead times?

Plan on roughly ten weeks of production plus four to five weeks of ocean freight, so about three and a half to four months from order to job site. We give you a reliable date up front so you can build your schedule around it.

Standard white units can be ordered in smaller quantities to start. Special configurations like black-out / white-in color require a full container per series. As you grow, consolidating orders into containers lowers your freight cost per unit.

What happens if a window arrives damaged?

How does payment and importing work?

Is everything on the site sellable in the US?

Yes. We only feature the vinyl lines that are NFRC certified for the US market. Anything that would not qualify for Washington never makes it onto the list.
