Yes. Every window is NFRC certified and AAMA compliant, and for each order we spec the exact certified glass package that meets the Washington State Energy Code requirement of a 0.30 U-factor or lower, so it passes inspection the first time.

Plan on roughly eleven to twelve weeks from order to job site. We give you a reliable date up front so you can build your schedule around it.

There is no minimum order. Price a single home or a full plan set; we build to what your schedule needs. On larger orders the freight cost per unit comes down, so volume helps your number, but it is never required.

Every window is built to the sizes on your schedule. Frames come in white or black, with grid and glass options.

We fix or replace it. If a unit arrives damaged or not to spec, tell us and we make it right at our cost, so your crew is never left waiting mid-build.
