New construction windows in Everett, at builder pricing.

Everett and the I-5 corridor north of Seattle are where much of the region's attainable new construction actually gets built, and attainable only works when the big line items behave. Puro Windows supplies certified new construction vinyl windows factory-direct, so the window package stops being the line that quietly eats the margin.

Who builds with Puro in Everett

Builders putting up plats and townhomes across south Everett, Silver Lake and the Highway 99 corridor, and custom work toward Mukilteo and Snohomish, run the same certified PuroCima lines across the whole schedule, white, black or two-tone.

Matched to the Washington energy code

Every window we supply is NFRC certified and AAMA compliant. For each Everett order we spec the certified glass package that meets the Washington State Energy Code requirement of a 0.30 U-factor or lower, so your inspector finds it in the national directory and it passes on the first walk-through. The label stays on the glass until the energy inspection is signed off.

The full range, built to your sizes

Single hung, horizontal slider, outward-opening casement, fixed picture window and sliding patio door: five NFRC-certified vinyl lines in the PuroCima series, custom-built to the openings on your plans with double-pane Low-E glass and argon fill. Finishes are white, black and two-tone black-over-white, with custom colors on request.

Delivery and lead time

Deliveries cover Everett, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Marysville and the rest of Snohomish County. One order covers factory, import, customs and freight, delivered to the site on a confirmed date.
